What does 'raw' actually mean?

Power and restrooms, but no finish-out — expect concrete floors and open ceilings. Each listing states exactly what's roughed in.

Can we build out the space?

Yes — temporary buildouts are the point. Anything anchored to walls or floors needs host approval before your booking is confirmed.

Who handles cleanup?

You return it broom-clean. Add professional cleanup from our vendor list if you'd rather walk away when the event ends.

Is insurance required?

Every confirmed booking is covered by $2M event liability. Buildouts with rigging or open flame need a certificate from your production team.
